Ruffle necklace tutorial

Ruffle Necklace

Materials:

11 x 4 piece of fabric

23 inch long chain

safety pin

Fold the piece of fabric in half and sew along the folded edge wide enough for the chain to fit through.

Thread the chain through the folded edge and pull it until you have the look you want. I just held mine together with a saftey pin and it worked great!

For the flower:

cut out three circles and cut them all in half

fold the half circles wrong side out and sew along the raw edges
turn the little cones right side out and whip stitch alog the bottom edges and pull them tight

add a button fabric covered or whatever and then hot glue it on the necklace

Then your done!
